Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Televi application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Televi.

2. Nature of the Service

Televi is a media player. You connect an IPTV provider you already subscribe to, using Xtream Codes credentials or an M3U playlist, and Televi gives that subscription a programme guide, a browsable library and offline downloads.

Televi does not host, provide, or index any media, files, or content. We do not operate any servers that distribute copyrighted material, and we sell no channels or subscriptions. Televi plays only what the provider you supply returns. You are responsible for holding a lawful subscription to that provider, and we have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, what it carries.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Televi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the underlying services complies with the copyright laws of your jurisdiction. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, or to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.

4. User Accounts & Data Sync

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the service. To provide a seamless experience, Televi syncs your connection settings across your devices through our cloud database. Your provider details are encrypted before they are stored, and the key is kept with your account so that every device you sign in to can read them. That means we hold the key as well, and could in principle read those details; we do not, and nobody but you can reach them through the app.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Televi may be offered on a subscription basis ("Pro Features"). If you choose to purchase a subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase. Televi also offers a one-off lifetime purchase: that is a single payment, it does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Televi and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Televi.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Televi makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Televi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Televi and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.
